It is a known fact that a major percentage of voluntary job resignation is due to lack of job satisfaction and challenge in the current role. Compensation

We pay you for your performance and dedication to the company. A consulting company is heavily dependent upon human capital and losing you literally means losing a vital part of the company. And so, we will compensate you and recognize you well to ensure that your journey with us is a long one.

Training

We must repeat this again. Human Capital is essentially what we own. On joining, a new hire buddy will sit down with you to layout a training program for the year based on your career goals and prior experience. We want you to be knowledgeable and specialized in your functional areas. And we will provide the necessary training, either on site or off site to see that you get this knowledge

Flexible Work –Life Balance

Needless to say, we will provide adequate flexibility to your work schedule to ensure that you manage your work –life balance that suits you best. Whether it be work half days and making up for the short time in other weeks, taking personal days off, emergency vacation etc.
