1 day training programme with an overview of Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools and techniques, implementation methodology, case studies, experiences and best practices.

Background:
Lean Six Sigma is an improvement methodology to improve the speed of the process and to reduce and control variation. It is a happy marriage between two methodologies developed independently to ensure that processes are designed and work according to the needs of the customer.

Target Group:
Process owners, department heads, functional heads, section heads, and managerial personnel from manufacturing and service industries responsible for key processes and for supporting process improvements. Consultants, practitioners of improvement methodologies like TQM and Lean Six Sigma, and Corporate trainers would also benefit.

Course methodology:
Class room lecture interspersed with experiences of implementation in Indian companies and case studies of successful and unsuccessful attempts at implementing Lean Six Sigma.

Faculty:
Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma with over 9 years experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma in industries in various parts of the country, having mentored over 70 Green Belt and Black Belt projects for various organisations, and trained over 1500 people on concepts of Lean Six Sigma.
