POSITION -

Head Risk & Credit ( Commodities segment )

JOB PURPOSE :

* Monitor and review market, credit and counterparty risks across multiple range of agricultural commodities.

* Evaluate market, credit and counterparty limit requests from businesses. Independently approve or present to approving authorities as appropriate.

* Identify areas of significant risks or large risk concentrations. Intervene at appropriate levels of the organisation to drive and influence risk mitigation measures.

* Develop the Enterprise Risk Management framework through a holistic analysis of business risks, including non-trading risks such as yield risk, product contamination risk, etc.

* Impart training at various forums such as business and country meets.

* Visualize and drive implementation of systems and processes required to develop and build the company's risk management framework.

* Drive the development of risk systems in co-ordination with IT teams.

REQUIREMENTS :

Industry : Banks / NBFC / Corporate finance organizations / Housing finance organizations / Agri credit organizations.

* Professional qualification in Finance

* Exposure to one or more areas of risk management (enterprise, market, credit, counterparty, operational, etc.).
